  1. The Parish Health and Skills Acquisition Week will come up soon. Some of the skills to be taught are Baking, Soap making, Hair/Make-up artist, Catering, Farming, ICT, Printing, The committee is soliciting for volunteers in:
  • Trade professionals who can teach/mentor others
  • Entrepreneurs who can present papers on how to manage startups
  • Medical practitioners who can present papers on topical health issues

  1. The Parish Monthly Faith Clinic holds this Wednesday 17th of July, 2019; it will be in the form of a seminar. The theme is Canonical/Liturgical Requirements for the Valid Celebration of the Sacraments and Record Keeping in the Parishes. Time is 6:00 PM. Parishioners are encouraged to attend and also invite their loved ones.
  1. Legion of Mary Patrician Meeting comes up today immediately after the 8:00 AM Mass, at the Church Basement; the topic is Retreat: Why do I need to go for Retreat? Parishioners and Legionaries’ are encouraged to attend.
  1. Gabriel Arewa Community general meeting holds today by 1:00 PM here in the church. Members are encouraged to be punctual, and new members are encouraged to attend. 
  1. Novena of the Holy Infant Jesus of Prague begins on Tuesday 16th to Wednesday 24th of July 2019. Time is 5:00 PM daily, here inside the Church. New members are welcome.
  1. CYON general meeting holds next Sunday, 21st of July 2019, immediately after the 10:00 AM Mass. old and new members are encouraged to attend.




The following Deacons are to be ordained Priests for the Archdiocese of Abuja.

  1. Rev. Joseph Obada -Holy Rosary Parish, Wuse
  2. Rev. Boniface Neibo -Holy Cross Parish, Gwarinpa

If anyone has a reason why they should not be ordained Priests, kindly inform the Parish Priest.

  6. Anaebo John Raphael -OLQN Cathedral, Garki
  7. Emhokidi Samson -St. Matthew Parish, Ushafa
  8. Francis Lucky -St. Matthew Parish, Karmo

If anyone has a reason why they should not be raised to the Order of Deacons, kindly inform the Parish Priest.
